Job Description

The post holder will be engaged on a temporary casual basis as a member of the Admissions Team, supporting day-to-day admissions operations and procedures for student admissions to the University.

The role includes processing admission offers in a timely, accurate, consistent, and transparent manner to ensure a positive applicant experience. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of data quality at all times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Processing the local and international application to generate offers using the CRM and Student Administrative System with the aim of 100% accuracy. This includes assessing qualifications, authenticity of results and defining entry requirements.
2. Ensure that correct procedures and policy are followed when dealing with application with underage, fraudulent and criminal convictions.
3. Maintain a high standard of knowledge and awareness of the HE sectors, relevant legislation, university’s entry requirements and admissions processes.
4. Handle all administrative processes and admission of students including filing, archiving of data, reporting, etc.
5. Attend to applicants’ enquiries independently in timely and professional manner.
6. Establish close liaison with education consultants, academic department, international office, scholarship unit, registry and finance department.
7. Assisting in recruitment activities such as Open Day, Education Exhibition, etc.
8. Any other tasks deemed relevant in assisting the admissions & recruitment processes
