Job Shift: DayPosition will maintain the census of Legacy Treatment Services Residential Treatment Program at optimum levels. Will collaborate with Perform Care and all the various State agencies who refer Consumers to the program. Will ensure that the Consumers being referred are appropriate for our therapeutic program by reviewing evaluations and conducting preplacement conferences. Responsible for representing the Agency when meeting with parents, Case Managers and potential residents and provide an overview of the Agency. Must be knowledgeable regarding all aspects of Agency admissions, policy and procedures, as well as Agency wide policies and procedures in order to be able to convey information to Case Managers, families, potential residents, or any interested parties. Maintain and revise admissions database as needed to provide the most accurate and useful information pertaining to admissions. Responsible for completing the admissions assessment, point of entry, bed search and primary person within the electronic health record.

Position is full time and includes the following:

Education/

Experience:
High School diploma required.  Must be knowledgeable regarding State, Medicaid, and DYFS regulations, especially pertaining to admission requirements.
