The Admissions and Onboarding Advisor is responsible for supporting students through a seamless end-to-end journey from application through to enrolment, commencement, and the early stages of study through to census at JMC Academy. Working within a national operating model and with primary responsibility for allocated state/campus/course, the role manages domestic and international applications and supports students through onboarding and early transition to study. This includes assessing and validating documentation, issuing and managing offers, coordinating acceptance and commencement requirements, delivering structured onboarding communications and outreach, ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records across CRM and Student Management Systems, and providing clear, timely communication to applicants, commencing students, and internal stakeholders.
The role continues to support students beyond enrolment through proactive outreach, engagement initiatives, and events such as Orientation, using student data and engagement insights to identify students who may require additional support. The Admissions and Onboarding Advisor delivers early interventions where appropriate and coordinates referrals as required, working collaboratively with Sales and Conversion, Student Services, and relevant national teams to ensure a consistent, connected, and student-centred experience through to census.
