Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our Health Center team as an Admissions and Marketing Manager that is responsible for leading and driving the Health Center admissions process and for fostering and maintaining open, effective communication between the facility and referral sources, physicians, and third-party payers. This is a full-time position. Ready to jump into a role that matters?

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing each day as an Admissions and Marketing Manager:

  • Develop positive relationships with the discharge planners, physicians and families, marketing FVK’s programs and services.
  • Responsible for tracking and trending hospital discharge, readmission, and post discharge data
  • Manages SalesForce data entry daily.

Got what it takes to shine in this role? Here are a few of the qualifications we are looking for:

  • LPN or RN licensure preferred
  • Must be solutions-driven problem solver with a working knowledge of health care insurance including Medicare, Managed Medicare and Long-Term Care insurance.
  • To achieve admissions goals, needs to be comfortable with marketing presentations and proven skills with community outreach programs.
