Job Description

The Admissions Analyst-CRM is the lead technical expert for Slate by Technolutions, providing system-level design, implementation, and maintenance in support of university-wide admissions operations. This role is responsible for optimizing Slate functionality to streamline processes, improve applicant engagement, and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of admissions data. Working under the direction of the Director of Admissions, the analyst collaborates with school-based admissions teams and university stakeholders to align business practices with system capabilities and institutional goals. Performs other duties as needed.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Higher Education Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum one year experience supporting CRM or SIS database software systems required. Minimum one year of experience in higher education records, clerical, document imaging and word processing preferred. Proficiency with SQL, HTML/CSS, or data visualization platforms preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of Degree.

Knowledge and Skills: Hands-on knowledge of Slate by Technolutions and ability to manage queries, forms, rules, communications, workflows, and portals. Knowledge of systems analysis and development, preferably in the context of enrollment technology. Translate business needs to functional, technically sounds solutions. Knowledge of FERPA compliance and data privacy regulations. Able to read; write legibly; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position. Relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction. Think critically; manage multiple assignments effectively; organize and prioritize workload; work well under pressure; problem solve; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail; work independently with minimal supervision. Distinguish colors as necessary; hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone, and identify and distinguish various sounds associated with the workplace; see adequately to read computer screens, and written documents necessary to the position.

Licensures and Certifications: Completion of Slate Captains training or relevant Technolutions certification preferred.
