If you're energized by connecting with students during the times they're most available, you'll thrive in this role.
Join Us in Transforming Nursing Education
At Joyce University, work is more than a job—it's a shared commitment to student success, innovation, and purpose. Since 1979, we've been driven by one mission: preparing people to serve as competent nurses while empowering every student to succeed.
We're building more than a university experience. We're creating a personalized, student-centered learning journey designed to expand access to nursing education, strengthen communities, and help address the nation's nursing shortage.
Our culture is grounded in Service, Learning, Integrity, Caring, and Excellence—brought to life through meaningful relationships, high standards, and a belief that every interaction should move students forward.
Here, your expertise matters. Your growth is supported. Your work has visible impact.
Together, we're creating a future where every student—and every team member—can, should, and will succeed.
About the Role
Every future nurse has a moment when they decide to change their life. As an Admissions Advisor, you'll have the privilege of helping students take that first step.
You'll build meaningful relationships with future students, helping them explore their goals, understand their aspirations, and determine whether Joyce University is the right fit for their future. Every conversation is an opportunity to remove barriers, provide clarity, and empower someone to take the next step toward a rewarding nursing career.
Because many of our students are working adults, your schedule allows you to connect with them during evenings and weekends—when they have the time and flexibility to explore their educational goals. Rather than simply processing applications, you'll serve as a trusted guide and advocate throughout one of the most important decisions they'll ever make.
Whether you're welcoming students to our Draper campus or connecting virtually from across the country, you'll create an exceptional first impression and deliver the personalized experience that defines Joyce University.
