We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Admissions Advisor (English/Spanish) to join our enrollment team. In this fast-paced, student-focused role, you will guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process while helping them take the next step toward a rewarding healthcare career.
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, enjoys building relationships, and can effectively communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking students and families.
Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls
Conduct interviews, campus tours, and enrollment appointments in both English and Spanish
Present program information, career opportunities, and student support services
Guide students through admissions requirements and the financial aid process
Participate in recruitment activities, including open houses, career fairs, and orientations
Maintain ongoing follow-up with applicants to support enrollment and student success
Meet enrollment goals and maintain accurate forecasting
Generate referrals and cultivate new student leads
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Minimum of 2 years of college education and/or an Associate degree required
0–1 year of admissions, sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Passion for helping others achieve their educational and career goals
Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
