The Gardens, a Spring Oak Assisted Living Program (ALP) located within The Ocean at 101 Boardwalk in Atlantic City, NJ, is seeking a dependable and organized Admissions & Administrative Coordinator.
This position supports the Executive Director with admissions, sales, Medicaid eligibility reviews, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities. It includes commission opportunities for successful resident move-ins.
The coordinator will help prospective residents and families understand our program, gather the documentation required for review, and move through the admissions process. The position also involves consistent sales follow-up, referral outreach, and helping qualified prospective residents successfully complete the move-in process.
The ideal candidate has experience as an Admissions Coordinator or in a similar role within a nursing home, hospital, assisted living community, or other healthcare setting. Experience working with Medicaid eligibility, documentation, or admissions is strongly preferred.
