JOB SUMMARY

Primary responsibilities include selling daily admission and pool memberships, conducting cash and data transactions, communicating and enforcing pool rules and policies, and delivering outstanding customer service to our guests. The Admission Staff is responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:

• Admission Staff will check patron into computer system, answer the phone and complete transactions on the computer.
• Provide excellent front-line customer service to visitors and patrons
• Answer phone calls and handle appropriately
• Assist with other administrative duties and special projects/events as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A friendly, enthusiastic and energetic personality a must.
• Proven success in a prior customer service role highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication skills both in person and over the phone.
• Computer skills essential.
• A self-starter who takes initiative to complete a variety of tasks.

SCHEDULING & PAY

• This position is part-time, year-round position.
• Starting pay is $18.50 per hour.
• Approximately 17 hours per week on a consistent weekly schedule:
• Sunday: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 1:00–7:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:45 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
