The Opportunity

We are seeking a Admin/Reporting Officer to join our Gladstone team on a permanent basis.

Your new role will see you interacting with our customers and clients daily and ensuring that their requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.

You will be interacting with suppliers, internal finance team, place orders, receipt goods, answer phone calls

You will be working closely with the preparation and laboratory staff to ensure quality results are reported to our clients.

This role will require administrative duties as well as reporting duties

This role would suit a candidate wishing to pursue a career in the industry.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication with a high attention to detail
  • Previous laboratory and/or reporting experience within the coal industry is highly desirable
  • Previous administrative experience within the coal industry is highly desirable
  • Be reliable and able to work across a spread of hours between 7am and 5pm.
  • Strong maths and computer skills
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • A QLD C Class drivers license and own transport

Safety is an absolute. Ongoing Drug & Alcohol testing and the ability to meet site inductions will be a requirement of working on site.

Must live locally in the Gladstone region. NO FIFO.
