POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the respective area and to ensure that all facilities are serviceable and well maintained. To perform administration work as required

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

To attend briefing.
To inspect and ensure all facilities at the work place are serviceable. To report immediately to Supervisor on faulty equipments and record details in the log-book.
Carry out regular inspections on all airports facilities in the MTB/CP/SAT and reports back to DE/Terminal Manager.
Monitor day to day activities in the Terminal Building such as filming, promotions etc.
Monitor the movement of the VVIP to unsure smooth flow and to assist when necessary.
Monitor the performance of the contractors and reports back to Terminal Manager on any irregularities found.
To assist customers who need assistant.
To coordinate with AOCC on the overall status of the airports.
To follow the directives from Terminal Manager on administration and operation matters from time to time.

Able to work in group, follow instructions, friendly and enjoy meeting people
Good proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Relevant Industries

Academic Level: Open to candidates with SPM / SPMV / STPM / STAM or Matriculation certificates.

Fields of Interest: While all backgrounds are welcome, those with basic knowledge in Transport/Logistics, Safety & Health, Environmental Management, or Contract Management will find the role highly relevant.

Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English to assist diverse airport customers.

Work Experience: Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in operations, facilities maintenance, or service-related fields (such as aviation, landscaping, or safety) are preferred.

Education

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia with:
- Credit in Bahasa Melayu
- Passed in English
- Passed in Mathematics

Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional:
- Credit in Bahasa Melayu (Code 1104)
- PNGKA: >2.5
