Position: Administrator
Location: Remote
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 45,000 per month
Client: Dubai-Based Marketing Agency
About the Role
We are seeking a strong and efficient administrator to join a dynamic Dubai-based marketing agency. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. If you have basic experience in media and marketing or a willingness to learn, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
• Perform general administrative duties to support the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Use IT tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs to organize and manage tasks efficiently.
• Assist with media and marketing tasks, such as resizing images, dealing with artwork, and proofing materials.
• Coordinate back-and-forth communication between clients and the design team for approvals and revisions.
• Ensure all documentation and files are properly managed and maintained.
Qualifications and Skills
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
• IT proficiency, including experience with Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
• Media/Marketing Experience is an advantage (basic knowledge of image resizing, artwork handling, and proofing). Training will be provided for candidates with strong admin skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented attitude with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
