Job Description - ServiceNow ITOM Technical executive (Event Management)

Role Overview

Looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Technical expert with experience in Event Management, Observability, Discovery, Service Mapping and ServiceNow ACC to support enterprise monitoring and operational visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support ServiceNow ITOM Event Management platform.
• Configure event rules, alert correlation, alert suppression and automation workflows.
• Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management.
• Support ServiceNow ACC, Discovery, MID Servers and Service Mapping.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot monitoring incidents.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application and network teams.
• Drive alert noise reduction and observability improvements.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.
