Job Summary

The Tools & Automation Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management and resolution of IT issues through the utilization of Solarwinds NCM and PowerShell. This position is essential for maintaining operational efficiency, providing on-call support, and conducting thorough root cause analysis to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize Solarwinds Ncm To Monitor Network Configurations And Automate Changes, Ensuring Adherence To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements.
2. Develop And Execute Powershell Scripts To Automate Routine Tasks And Streamline Workflows, Thereby Improving Operational Efficiency.
3. Conduct Root Cause Analysis On Escalated Issues, Using Analytical Skills To Pinpoint Problems And Implement Effective Solutions That Enhance System Stability.
4. Independently Resolve Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Timely Responses And Minimizing Backlog While Maintaining High-Quality Service.
5. Contribute To Knowledge Base Management By Documenting Solutions And Best Practices, And Provide Training And Coaching To New Analysts To Foster Team Development.
6. Drive Initiatives Focused On Improving Customer Experience, Targeting First Call Resolution And Reducing The Rate Of Rejected Resolutions And Reopened Cases.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Solarwinds Ncm For Network Configuration Management And Monitoring.
2. Strong Understanding Of Powershell Scripting For Automation Of It Tasks.
