Symons Clark Logistics is a 150 year old, family owned, Port Adelaide based transport and logistics company. Our experience brings with it premium wharf cartage and container transport services, with a focus on providing customers with complete logistics solutions including warehousing, container pack/unpack, distribution, over-dimensional, heavy haulage, project logistics and Australia wide bulk haulage.

Symons Clark Logistics is looking for detail-focused Administrator to join our regional mining
operations team in Adelaide. This role is central to maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance, managing rostering and reporting, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process employee timecards and maintain rosters, ensuring payroll accuracy
• Maintain precise employee and driver records, ensuring all data is current and compliant
• Manage site documentation, reporting, and data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Verify job data to support timely and accurate invoicing
• Assist with compliance checks and prepare transport/operational reports
• Provide administrative support across onboarding, communications, and daily operations

About You

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Experience in administration or operations support, preferably in transport, mining, logistics, oil & gas, or civil sectors
• Proficient with systems including Excel, data entry platforms, and invoicing/job management software (experience with TruckSmart highly regarded)
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and professional communicator, confident liaising with internal teams and external
  stakeholders
