We are looking for an Administrator (Admin and Technical Support Officer) to join our Public Realm team.

About the role
This is predominantly a support role for the Operational and Parking Teams Officer, answering queries as first point of contact, transferring or signposting the customer to colleagues or external sources where appropriate. This may be by telephone, e-mail or through our workflow software system.
You will be raising requisitions via the finance system and progressing through to payments, organising car parking permits and speaking with suppliers and other teams when needed as well as other general administration duties.
About you
We are looking for a flexible team player who is organised and able to multi-task and work at pace.
Attention to detail will be key and there is a need for experience in using Microsoft Office including the ability to use Word, Outlook and Excel.
You will have good communication skills; both written and verbal.
