What’s the role?

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved and become a key member of our team further developing the business.

The role sits within the Client onboarding Department and as Administrator/Project Coordinator, you will be assisting the team with client onboarding matters to support our multi-Jurisdictional business. You will be mainly focused on the client onboarding project tracking, monitoring and documentation.

This role will be a project co-ordinator role which will assist the growth of client onboarding service globally. There will be a focus on European Client Onboarding, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects all of which are centered around building the best in class client onboarding service for internal and external stakeholders. This role is not limited to project management, elements of business analysis, documentation support will be required.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist and supporting multiple initiatives within the team including leading multiple U.S and European Client Onboarding projects to a successful conclusion.
• Project artifact data maintenance
• Responsible for working with stakeholders, business users and technical teams to deliver on project objectives

The ideal background for this role:

• University degree or any previous relevant experience including project management, client onboarding role, financial services
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn on-the-job quickly, apply learning to recommend solutions to issues
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in prioritization, processes and procedures
• Superior problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills
• Ability to own initiatives and work in a matrix-based organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including contributing to a positive and friendly environment and strong team spirit as part of a distributed operating model.
• Client orientated with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously, taking full ownership of assigned responsibilities with a commitment to delivering quality work in a timely manner
• Excellent organizational skills complemented by a “can do” and positive attitude
• Microsoft applications proficient. Strong EXCEL skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Word, Visio, Powerpoint

Unique role requirements

• The candidate must be open and available to travel
• Languages full proficient fluency in English and other languages French, German a plus.

Role Location/Hybrid Schedule

This role can be based in our Southampton office. Although the nature of most of the roles within Gen II cannot be classed as totally flexible, there is scope in some cases for a form of Agile Working. The different ways in which Agile Working can be undertaken is dependent on the demands and needs of the business, the office space available and the individual’s preferences and circumstances.
