Project Administrator - 12 Months Contract

As Project Administrator, reporting to the Expansion Project Controls Manager, you will play a key support role in ensuring the effective administration of project control activities for the Island Gold expansion. You will be responsible for managing invoices, maintaining project registers, supporting cost control processes, and providing day‑to‑day administrative support to the project team. Working closely with Project Controls, Cost Control, Supply Chain, and Logistics, you will contribute to the smooth execution of project activities in a dynamic site‑based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Invoice & Cost Administration:
Receive, review, code, and process project invoices; manage approval workflows and submit invoices to Accounts Payable while maintaining accurate invoice tracking registers.
Project Controls Support:
Input requisitions for project expenditures, review project commitments, and collaborate with Cost Control and Supply Chain to close out open commitments.
Logistics & Materials Coordination:
Manage receipt of material packing slips and support invoice matching in collaboration with Logistics Coordinators.
Data & Reporting:
Create, maintain, and update project data spreadsheets and registers as required to support reporting and project controls.
Administrative & Team Support:
Maintain project contact lists, manage office supplies, create and manage a team calendar (vacation and off‑site tracking), and assist with contractor onboarding as required.
Planning & Coordination:
Develop and maintain the project labour outlook to support camp loading and workforce planning requirements.

The expected salary range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience and internal equity.
