This role serves as the first point of contact for employees through the HR ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate support across the employee lifecycle. The position supports Talent Acquisition (TA), onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll coordination, and day to day HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
