Support people, systems and employee experience across a growing agricultural investment business

Gunn Agri Partners is a growing agricultural investment and farm management business with a diverse portfolio across Australia.

We are looking for a part-time Administrator - People & Culture to support our team with practical, well-organised administration across people systems, employee records, onboarding, reporting and day-to-day coordination.

About the Role

Reporting to the Divisional Director - People & Culture, you will play an important support role in keeping our People & Culture processes accurate, efficient and easy to manage.

This role would suit someone who enjoys helping others, is confident with systems and administration, and is detail-focused while also being action-oriented and able to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keeping employee records, people systems and documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting onboarding, employee changes, offboarding and general employee lifecycle administration.
  • Monitoring the People inbox and helping ensure requests are followed up and resolved.
  • Preparing routine reports, maintaining records and assisting with compliance checks.
  • Supporting People & Culture communications, templates, procedures and day-to-day team coordination.
  • Providing backup support to payroll administration when required.

About You

You will bring demonstrated administration experience and be tech savvy, ideally with exposure to HR, payroll, systems or another environment where accuracy, organisation and discretion mattered.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay organised and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Confidence using technology and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
  • A tech-savvy approach, with an interest in systems, data and improving how things are done.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion.
  • A helpful, practical and positive approach, with the initiative to identify what needs to be done and get on with it.
