We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our Administration team.In this role, you will deliver exceptional and professional administrative support to the organisation.You will work collaboratively with peers, reporting to a Team Leader responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the team.You will undertake a variety of administrative tasks in line with established procedures.You will deliver outstanding customer service, along with expert advice and guidance.
Having excellent communication skills both verbally and written, you will be required to liaise with a variety of internal and external customers and be able to explain processes and provide information as required.You will have experience of planning and organising meetings, taking notes, and producing concise, grammatically accurate minutes.
Computer literate, you will have experience of using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams, and be able to leverage available technology for enhanced productivity.
Educated to GCSE English Grade 4 or equivalent as a minimum, you should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to articulate clearly and confidently.
You should possess a positive attitude, flexible mindset, and a willingness to adapt as needed.
The position is based at our Headquarters in Birmingham.Most of your time will be spent on site, with occasional travel required across the West Midlands for meetings and training.The option to work from home is available depending on business needs.
