About the Role

Be the Heart of Our Perth Office | Part Time (circa 25 hours a week)

Are you the person who remembers everyone's birthday, knows exactly how to pull off a memorable office event, keeps everything running seamlessly, and genuinely loves creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work?

We're looking for an Administrator, Operations Support, Perth to become the driving force behind our Perth office. This isn't your average administration role - it's an opportunity to shape the employee experience, build a positive workplace culture, and ensure our office is a place where people feel welcomed, supported and inspired every day. The role requires someone to be based in our Perth office 4 days / week.

Key accountabilities:

As our Administrator, Operations Support, Perth, you'll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll:

  • Create an exceptional workplace experience for employees, clients and visitors.
  • Be the friendly face of the Perth office, ensuring it's welcoming, professional and operates seamlessly.
  • Plan and coordinate office events, celebrations, wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement activities that people genuinely look forward to.
  • Support business leaders and project teams with high-quality administration and operational support.
  • Lead local workplace support activities and continuously look for ways to improve how we work.
  • Build strong relationships across the business and become a trusted partner to leaders and employees alike.

About You

You're a natural organiser, a people person and someone who takes pride in creating environments where others can do their best work.

You'll bring:

  • Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A passion for creating positive workplace experiences.
  • Confident Communicator
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to anticipate what's needed before being asked.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in workplace coordination, administration or facilities management.
  • The ability to work from our Perth office a minimum of four days per week.
