This is an administrative position with the responsibility for assisting in the development and implementation of all aspects of administration for the Traffic Violations Agency. The incumbent advises and makes recommendations to the Commissioner on all of these issues as well as related budgetary matters. General supervision is received from the Commissioner or a designee, with considerable leeway for exercising independent judgment in the planning of work assignments and implementation of personnel policies, procedures and provisions of the collective bargaining agreements. Immediate supervision is exercised over personnel assigned.
Acts as supervisor or manger to a team of TVA Representatives and other subordinate TVA staff.

OPEN COMPETITIVE:
Master’s Degree from a college or university accredited by a regional, national, or specialized agency recognized as an accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education/ U.S. Secretary of Education and one year of administrative or management experience in an office environment.
Multicultural Sensitivity/Awareness.
Good knowledge of SEI software,
Good knowledge of laws, rules and regulations involving Traffic Violations Agency.
Good knowledge of the principles and practices of public administration.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher Software.
