About the Role

• Respond to internal and external enquiries, manage and direct incoming calls, process mail, and provide professional first‑point customer service.
• Complete data entry in SuccessFactors and the site training and control systems.
• Maintain accurate site records and extract data to produce reports within required timeframes.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive workplace.
• Share knowledge and teach work skills to other employees where competent and authorised to do so.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience providing administrative support with a strong customer service focus.
• Well developed communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with site personnel and management.
• Competent Microsoft Office skills across the full suite of applications.
• Excellent time management and organisational capability, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
