Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Greater Crystal Lake Area

We are seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a 200+ bed skilled nursing facility in the greater Crystal Lake area. The LNHA will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational success of the facility, ensuring excellence in patient care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team development across both long-term care (LTC) and short-term rehabilitation services.

Qualifications:

• Active LNHA license (Illinois)
• Proven experience as an Administrator in a SNF setting
• Strong knowledge of LTC and post-acute care operations
• Demonstrated success with surveys, census growth, and financial management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
