• Organising and coordinating meetings.
• Maintaining accurate Client knowledge/intelligence system (CRM) in relation to all clients
• Following up with clients on basic program next steps and action items
• Answering the main phone line of the business, handling queries, and triaging accordingly.
• Ensuring organised filing systems are maintained, structured, and shared with clients accordingly.
• Attending meetings to document meeting actions and decisions
• Managing document gathering from clients to ensure complete and accurate information.
• Coordinating maintenance of compliance documents (including certifications, letters, AML, etc.).
• Managing all e-signature requests / system for internal and/or client needs.
• Following up potential new clients.
• Answering basic client or prospective client email queries.
• Assisting with other administrative matters relevant to the business or new opportunities that may arise.
