Employment Type: Fixed Term - Full Time

Location: Priory Wellbeing Centre - Southampton

Compensation: £26,075 / year


Priory Wellbeing Centre Southampton is looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 37.5 hours per week in a site-based role.

The role is based on Monday to Friday shift patterns, scheduled between 07:30 and 20:30. Exact working hours will be discussed at interview, and we are happy to consider flexibility around school hours where possible to support the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

Part of the role you will:

  • Provide efficient admin and secretarial support, including document production, telephone enquiries, diary management, visitor reception, and other tasks as needed. Work closely with the Wellbeing Centre Manager.
  • Handle internal and external enquiries, prioritising and escalating issues appropriately to maintain high service levels.
  • Ensure all information and documents comply with policies, regulations, and financial requirements; maintain accurate audit trails.
  • Update and maintain accuracy in central and local databases.
