About the Role

As a Family Law Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring family law related requests are processed accurately, professionally and within service level agreements. Working within a collaborative operations team, you'll provide support to members, legal representatives, trustees and internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and fund requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, administration, problem solving and working with detailed information in a highly structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process family law related requests and transactions in line with legislative requirements, fund procedures and service standards.
• Manage inbound correspondence, emails and information requests within agreed timeframes.
• Handle family law matters including information requests, procedural fairness processes and payment split implementation following receipt of final agreements or court orders.
• Deliver high-quality service to members, legal representatives, trustees and other stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
• Review and validate information to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance while minimising rework and risk.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries and progress matters efficiently.
• Contribute to reporting activities and administrative support as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery and increase operational efficiency.
