Looking for an Administrative Executive to provide administrative and operational support in managing public and stakeholder communications, site visits, data collection, reporting, and general administration related to school canteen and school bus matters.
Public Correspondence
Draft clear, accurate, and timely replies to enquiries and feedback from the public
Ensure responses align with established policies and guidelines
Stakeholder Management
Manage and respond to queries from stakeholders, e.g., schools, regarding school canteen operations and school bus services
Site Visits and Issue Resolution
Conduct site visits to assess canteen operations and school bus services
Report operational issues and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve them
Document findings and provide actionable recommendations
Surveys and Feedback Collection
Assist in planning, administering, and conducting surveys
Compile and document survey responses accurately
Data Management and Reporting
Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases and records
Analyse data and prepare summaries, reports, and presentation materials for management
Records Management
Maintain proper filing of documents in line with record-keeping requirements
Ensure information is organised, up-to-date, and easily retrievable
Diploma in any relevant field
Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good data management and reporting abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
Monday -Friday: 42 hours per week
