
Job Title Administrator, Customer Service-FSG
The Customer Service-FSG Administrator develops and maintains on-going relationships with account executives, sales support representatives, operations personnel, inside sales representatives, and other internal TFF customers. The main goal of the Customer Service-FSG Administrator is to immediately solve service-related issues on behalf of our internal customers by analyzing and resolving problems. The incumbent will be required to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to filing, mailing, e-mailing, faxing, duplicating, processing forms, and data entry.
