We are now looking for an Administrator - Customer Operations (Permanent role) to join our team in Stamullen, County Meath. This is a hybrid position.

Description:

To provide administrative support to the Customer Operations department.

Responsibilities

Responsible for administration for the Customer Operations Department with regard to the following key areas at PCI Dublin sites:

  • Ensure safe work practices are being followed at all times, report any near misses immediately to the EHS Department.
  • New account set-up request on JDE, including the new address requests.
  • Item code setups for bulk, finished goods, customer supplied components.
  • Bills of materials requests – new BOMs and updates.
  • Booking in deliveries (including OC creation) and managing collections.
  • Creating packing lists / manual dispatch notes as required.
  • Raising of non-production sales orders and submitting to finance for billing e.g., tooling, couriers, QA docs etc. – generation of order acknowledgment for same and passing onto appropriate Project Manager for PO request from customer.
  • Support in destruction of obsolete bulk/PM’s/in-process waste where required.
  • Generation of order acknowledgment for production batches and passing onto appropriate Project Manager for issuing to customer.
  • Carry out various other additional tasks that may be required from time to time in accordance with the overall goal of the company.

Knowledge / Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • 1-2 years’ experience working in Administration.
  • Capability to follow clear goals, communicate clearly and ensure progress to completion meeting predefined targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills. The successful candidate should display a dynamic and proactive approach to manage problems.
  • Self-motivated with a results driven approach.
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts on request in line with business needs.
  • Adaptable and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (incl. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

Desirable:

  • Interface with clients.
  • Experience in a GMP or Regulated Environment.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing, including experience in Lean tools to develop continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • The job holder is responsible for adhering SOPs, Health & Safety, GMP and other regulatory guidelines themselves and by team members.
