Waythrough was formed in 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Together, we’ve created one of the largest mental health and social support charities in England.
Every year, we support around 125,000 people through nearly 200 services – and it’s all made possible by our 3,500 brilliant staff and volunteers.
Are you passionate about helping others live safer, healthier, more independent lives? Join our team at Waythrough and support people facing challenges around mental health, substance use, housing or domestic abuse. This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to build meaningful relationships and create lasting change.
Tower House is a 24-hour supported housing service based in Chester. We support people experiencing mental health difficulties to manage their accommodation and work towards independent living and greater involvement in their local community.
We’re looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to join our team at Tower House on a part-time basis.
Working closely with the Service Manager and wider team, you’ll play an important role in keeping the service running smoothly by providing high-quality administrative and financial support.
This is a varied role covering everything from maintaining financial records, processing invoices and managing client funds to responding to enquiries, maintaining service records, coordinating meetings and supporting the day-to-day administration of the service.
You’ll have contact with colleagues, residents, prospective residents and external agencies, so you’ll need to be approachable, professional and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
If you’re looking for a varied part-time administration role where your organisation, accuracy and attention to detail can help support an important community service, we’d love to hear from you.
Interviews will be held on a rolling basis as suitable candidates apply, and we reserve the right to close the vacancy early if a successful candidate is appointed.
