Job Description

The Billing Center Admin will perform all tasks associated with the invoicing process. This position requires a hard-working attitude with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute Accounts Receivable and Customer Billing tasks. Understanding of the industrial services industry is required.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern.
• Adhere to and is a champion of TEAM's Core Values.
• Ensure invoices are generated accurately and effectively staff are effectively generating accurate invoices.
• Monitor transactions ready for invoicing.
• Identify errors timely and escalate all issues to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain customer records to ensure the company has the necessary documentation to invoice customers.
• Ensure information in the accounting system is current so that pricing and service offerings are correct.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable and Customer Billing functions required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both in writing and verbally.
• Ability to execute while under pressure in order to achieve defined goals.
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft AX.
• Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to complete tasks accurately and completely.
• Self-motivated with a drive for collaboration and action.
