BASIS PURPOSE:
The Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the HR department in various operational tasks. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. The Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all HR processes and procedures.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing administration across all areas of the HR function, supporting employees from onboarding through training and development, day-to-day HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience.
•Producing and running all HR reports, presentations and communications (Power-bi, Excel, Powerpoint, Avature, email and social Media etc) in a timely and efficient manner as needed.
•Maintain and ensure efficient systems for administrative records and personnel files.
•Acting as front of house point of contact for day to day HR Queries.
•Supporting HR projects and contributing to companywide projects and initiatives such as employee opinion surveys, employee engagement programmes, health and wellbeing initiatives, DEIB administration and running of HR essentials workshops.
Requirements for the Role:
•Min 12 months working in a similar administrative environment
•Proficient Excel/reporting skills, including Power-bi and Power-point
•Previous experience creating reports and maintaining reports.
•Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a fast paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment operating with the highest degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
•Self-motivated.
