Administrator (Casual)

Warrnambool, VIC

We are currently seeking a Casual Administrator to support our Warrnambool Civil and Production teams. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied administration role within a busy operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

This role will provide day-to-day administrative support to our Warrnambool operations and includes:

  • Answering phone calls and greeting visitors to site
  • Managing emails, filing and general office administration
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Assisting with customer enquiries and follow-ups
  • Organising travel and accommodation when required
  • Ordering office supplies, uniforms and PPE
  • Maintaining employee training and competency records
  • Assisting with onboarding administration for new employees
  • Updating records and information in company systems
  • Supporting reporting and other administrative tasks as required

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys keeping things organised and takes pride in getting the details right. You're happy working in a team environment but can also manage your own workload and work independently when required.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous administration, reception or office support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office programs
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work

Previous experience supporting a civil, construction, manufacturing or operational business will be highly regarded but is not essential.
