Administrator

HMP Holme House, Stockton-on-Tees (TS18 2QU)
£27,426 – £28,304
39 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 16:00 | Friday finish 15:00

The Role

We’re looking for an Administrator to support the day-to-day running of facilities management services at HMP Holme House.

You’ll be part of a busy on-site team keeping operations organised, compliant, and running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

  • Liaising with contractors and site teams
  • Updating and closing jobs on CAFM systems
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, systems and reports
  • Supporting vetting and onboarding of new starters
  • General admin support to the Site Manager and Team Leaders

  • Strong admin experience in a fast-paced office
  • Good IT skills (Excel, systems, data entry)
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Confident communicator with different stakeholders
  • Team player with a flexible approach
