Job Description

Administrator

This Administrator role works closely with the Plant Operations Manager to ensure all administrative and operational documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with customer specifications. The position plays a key role in supporting daily plant operations through precise data management and coordination.

Duties/responsibilities:

· Accurately verifying and maintaining inventory records within the data management system

· Ensuring processing work orders are completed correctly so customers are invoiced accurately and on time

· Reviewing customer bagging and labeling instructions prior to data entry and tag printing to ensure compliance with customer requirements

· Entering work order data and printing tags with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Providing support in other operational areas as needed, particularly during slower production periods

· Collaborating effectively with team members while also demonstrating the ability to make sound, independent decisions when appropriate

Requirements

Requirements:

· Above-average computer proficiency, including experience with data entry systems

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Ability and willingness to work first or second shift as required

· Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently
