Administrator - Day Program

Chico, CA | Full-Time | $26.00/hour

As a Day Program Administrator, you will lead the daily operations of a program supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll play a key role in building a safe, engaging, and person-centered environment while leading a dedicated team.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), providing coaching, training, and guidance
• Manage daily program operations, including scheduling, staff coverage, and community-based activities
• Ensure the implementation of individualized care plans, behavior plans, and participant goals
• Support individuals in developing life skills, communication, and social engagement
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Assist with program administration, including documentation, reporting, and tracking of program needs
• Partner with leadership and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for supporting individuals to live meaningful and independent lives
• Valid Driver’s License required

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities required
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience required
• Strong knowledge of behavior supports, compliance, and program operations
• Valid Driver’s License required
