Are you a highly organised and detail-focused administrator with previous office experience?
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Administrator to join our busy finance and processing team in Thame.
Reporting to the Transaction Processing Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our finance function.
What you will be doing….
Daily bank and cashbook reconciliations
Accurately entering supplier invoices in line with company procedures
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Liaising with procurement to respond to supplier enquiries
Processing weekly BACS runs and ad hoc payments
Chasing overdue customer payments and issuing monthly statements
Managing the finance inbox
Filing and scanning invoices
Supporting month-end processes and working to deadlines
Providing general administrative support to the team
What we are looking for…
Previous office experience
Computer literate and has confidence learning new systems
Strong attention to detail
Confident, professional communication skills
A team player who is proactive and self-motivated
The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
