EDUCATION
• Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable
CERTIFICATIONS
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Back-office operations
• Trade booking and trade lifecycle processing
• Working knowledge of market practices and standards a plus
• Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills a plus
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
• Willingness to learn:
- The financial services industry
- The trade lifecycle, transaction workflow, asset classes and booking methodologies
- Business systems and tools utilized
- Product knowledge
- Reconciliation and controls processes
• Knowledge of the trade lifecycle, transaction workflow, asset classes and booking methodologies a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Trade Support/ Middle Office Administrator contributes to the success of the team by supporting:
- Accurate trade capture of assigned products in compliance with local and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Performing ad hoc reporting
- Responding to internal and external inquiries with professionalism
- Escalating trade discrepancy resolution in collaboration with colleagues
- Understanding the roles and responsibilities of other units to effectively interface with those units when required
