Playtech’s ECM unit is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Administrator with strong Excel and communication skills to join our team onsite.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Provide administrative and planning support to the CSD Coordinator and Head of Delivery, including:
  
  • Processing Engineer timesheets and calculating overtime and dispensation.
  
  • Maintaining service records and coordinating travel and logistics.
  
  • Managing fleet administration, including vehicle hire and tracking.
  
  • Supporting weekly job scheduling, Service Calendar updates, and communication with engineers and clubs.
  
  • Assisting with quotations, chargeable work, informing Product Engineers of stock taken for replenishment, and on-call rota preparation.
• Produce sales and trend reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) for both internal and customer-facing use.
• Track game spend and other key metrics, presenting insights to senior management.

Located in East Yorkshire close to Hull, ECM is the leading supplier of Bingo software solutions to the UK retail gaming industry. We create and maintain a broad range of solutions for our clients, including Wide Area real-time gaming networks and have over 40,000 Bingo game tablets in daily use by players across the UK and Eire.
