AJW Group are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with aviation, aerospace, MRO or supply chain experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.
By joining AJW Group, you will become part of a world-leading independent specialist in the supply, exchange, repair and lease of commercial and business aircraft spare parts. Supporting airlines and aviation organisations globally, AJW is driven by innovation, operational excellence and customer focus.
Providing day-to-day administrative support to operational and commercial teams.
Managing and updating internal systems and databases accurately.
Processing documentation, reports and customer records in line with company procedures.
Supporting with order processing, quotations, shipping documentation or supplier administration where required.
Liaising with internal departments, suppliers and customers to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner.
Supporting reporting activity and maintaining organised records and documentation.
Assisting with continuous improvement of administrative processes and ways of working.
Previous administration experience within aviation, aerospace, MRO, logistics or a related operational environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident communicator with the ability to work across different teams.
Comfortable working with systems, data and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and support wider business activities.
