Administrator:
Company and Culture:PuroClean, a leader in emergency property restoration services, helps families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage. Responsibilities:

  • Data entry within the company, utilizing job systems and software in a timely fashion
  • Create an inspection appointment event on the appropriate company calendar after job creation
  • Obtaining information for the job file as needed or calling a carrier to get a claim number, adjuster name, etc.
  • Onboarding subcontractors
  • Stocking supplies, answering phones, and maintaining office organization
  • Providing administrative support to project coordinators and management
  • Willingness to ask questions for clarification on requested tasks
  • Other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in restoration.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM tools (PSA, CompanyCam).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle stressed customers and insurance professionals.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking skills to manage fast-paced restoration projects.



Compensation: $40,000.00 per year
