What you will be doing
You will bring experience to the role along with a proven track record of dealing with a high level of administration on a day to day basis. The role will be to support our current projects and employees across the UK with managing and processing security clearance applications.
As Administrator you will also be responsible for the following:
• Liaise with employees, internal stakeholders and 3rd party providers to ensure all security clearance checks are managed effectively and in a timely manner
• Manage any internal and external queries which may arise during the application process
• Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and report any delays or concern as a matter of urgency
• Manage all correspondance (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
• Draft, format, and print relevant documents where required
• Create and maintain effective filing and other office systems
What We’re Looking For
Experience
Essential
• Relevant demonstrable experience in previous or similar roles.
• Strong proven experience with Microsoft Office packages
• Friendly approach and enjoys working within a team
• Proactive, passionate and driven
• Possess the ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
• Confident communicating skills with colleagues, senior members of management and 3rd party providers
• Proven experience meeting deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills
Desirable
• Proven track record of dealing with high levels of administration per day.
