Are you an enthusiastic administrator? Based in Bundall QLD, this exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Resource Recovery site.
You'll be the backbone of the team, delivering high level administrative support that keeps our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Permanent Full-time Opportunity
Initially will be based onsite with potential to work hybrid from home

Deliver day-to-day administrative support including creation and management of purchase orders, goods receipting, invoice processing, inventory management, data entry and maintaining accurate digital records across VAMS, SAP Ariba and internal databases.
Provide comprehensive support for internal and external audit activities, updating policies and procedures, training new staff on systems and maintaining asset inventory and key supplier relationships.
Complete daily administrative tasks including reconciliation, statutory reporting and maintaining required documentation for EPA and Asbestos registers, as well as collection and processing of weighbridge Waste Tracking Certificates.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service requests in a timely and professional manner, escalating any concerns or issues to the relevant Manager when required.
Prioritise and manage workload in accordance with deadlines and Veolia policies and procedures, while continuously identifying opportunities for improved efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
Adhere to all safety requirements and company policies, maintain a clean and tidy facility, and promptly notify the Team Leader or Manager of any incidents relating to contract service levels.
Previous Administration experience or Business Administration qualification
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite systems
Skilled in database management systems with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Current driver’s license.
Working SAP knowledge and experience
