Job Description

The Opportunity:
An entry level opportunity to join our national Procurement team as a Permanent Part time Administrator position. In this role you will report to Procurement Supervisor, working to assist and support key internal and external stakeholders with their queries.

The role:

• Raise purchase orders and follow up on enquiries with our suppliers
• Data entry and administration duties
• Answer phone calls whilst multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Part time role (20hours per week) 2.00pm - 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Hybrid arrangement

To succeed in this role, you will:
• Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly navigate between multiple systems
• Willingness to learn
• Customer focus and the ability to build strong working relationships in a team environment
• Work independently with a sense of urgency, applying problem-solving and investigative thinking
