Please note: Multiple fixed term and Permanent opportunities may be available. Must be able to commit to a hybrid working arrangement with 5 days per fortnight in our Docklands office.

What You’ll Do

• Process and review administration tasks such as payments, communications, and account updates (including member follow-up calls).
• Solve complex problems and assist with establishing new pension memberships.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and learn new skills to progress to the next level.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory obligations.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and take initiative on projects.

What We’re Looking For

• No superannuation experience? No problem! If you’re eager to learn and grow, we want to hear from you.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy – you’ll be handling important member information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – this is a member-facing role.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to work collaboratively.
• Solid organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
