Job Description

MISIÓN

Llevar a cabo el control y la gestión administrativa de una agencia, además del soporte comercial necesario.

Requisitos

  • Mínimo de 6 meses en posiciones con responsabilidades similares.
  • Mínimo de Formación: Bachillerato, Grado Medio/Superior
  • Valorable: módulos formativos en técnicas comerciales, administración y finanzas y similares
  • Manejo fluido de herramientas de gestión pertinentes para el desarrollo de sus funciones.
  • Manejo fluido de Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

  • Gestión de recibos, gestión de devueltos de banco, control de “distritos ficticios” y gestión del arqueo de caja.
  • Gestión de las liquidaciones.
  • Apertura, distribución y envío de valija.
  • Gestión y distribución diaria de las comunicaciones (correo, fax, …) recibidas por las distintas vías, en base a los criterios establecidos.
  • Apoyo al cliente en la comunicación y apertura de siniestros.
  • Gestión de bajas de Decesos y Seguros Generales.
  • Gestión agenda de referencias comerciales.
  • Grabación de solicitudes y gestión de suplementos.
  • Apoyo administrativo en los procesos de selección, formación y desarrollo de las agencias
  • Atención al público presencial y telefónico.
  • Soporte comercial, incluye apoyo en la gestión documental de la agencia.
  • Gestión del material necesario en una agencia.

REQUISITOS

  • Experiencia requerida:Mínimo de 6 meses en posiciones con responsabilidades similares.

Conocimientos Requeridos:

  • Estudios mínimos de Bachillerato, Grado Medio/Superior
  • Valorables Ciclos formativos en técnicas comerciales, administración y finanzas y similares
  • Manejo fluido de herramientas de gestión pertinentes para el desarrollo de sus funciones.
  • Manejo fluido de Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
