Las funciones principales serán:
Realiza la apertura del centro de trabajo.
Gestionar los contratos y pedidos.
Requerir los documentos a los subcontratistas y trabajadores autónomos.
Contabilización de operaciones financieras en Navision.
Gestionar las facturas de proveedores y subcontratistas.
Gestionar las facturas de clientes privados.
Gestionar las facturas internas.
Gestionar la caja.
Gestionar los gastos de personal dela obra.
Gestionar la documentación administrativa de obra.
Elaborar el SIE.
Gestionar los recursos informáticos de la obra.
Coordinar la documentación administrativa en caso de accidente.
Llevar a cabo las tareas específicas para los administrativos en las UTE’s.
Coordinar con el/la Jefe (a) de Obra los documentos de la planificación económica.
Realiza funciones de gestión administrativa de RRHH en la obra.
Gestión eficaz y oportuna de los recursos de la obra.
Seguimiento del cumplimiento de obligaciones laborales de las subcontratistas de Servicios Especializados.

REQUISITOS
- Contador Público (titulado)
- Experiencia comprobable en puesto similar en obra.
- Amplio conocimiento en leyes fiscales, SIROC, REPSE, ISN, IMSS, SUA,
-Dominio de ERP contable/financiero (preferentemente Navision)
