Administrative/Grants Coordinator (Grant Funded)
Arizona Western College is seeking an Administrative/Grants Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the Manufacturing Business and Automation Accelerator (MBAA). This position is at the heart of the program’s operations, helping bring together the financial, administrative, and grant-related pieces that keep this work on track.

Typical Duties:
- Serves Students.Compliance with administrative standards for federal cost principles 2 CFR Part 200. Provides operational and grants management support across all MBAA functions.
- Procurement administration, processing, financial tracking against the approved budget
- Support and participate in strategic planning initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or higher, with 4 years’ experience relevant to the role
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
- Applicants may indicate any additional language proficiencies in their application materials, including English/Spanish, as relevant to the position
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved may be considered
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
- Arizona Driver’s License or Equivalent
Salary:
$55,000 per year

- Location: Wellton Campus
- Benefits Eligible
- Grant Funded (Empower 2 Grow Grant) – Scheduled to end no later than August 2027
- Exempt, $55,000 12-month annual salary
